Return/Cancellation Policy

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Ehlissya

At Ehlissya, we value your shopping experience and aim to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. Since our products are carefully curated and packed, we only accept returns and refunds under specific conditions. Please read this policy before placing your order.


1. Returns & Exchanges

1.1 Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item has been sent.

1.2 In case of missing items from your order, we will either reship the missing item or issue a refund for that particular item.

1.3 To raise a return or exchange request, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

1.4 A complete unboxing video from opening the parcel seal until the product is fully shown is mandatory. The video should clearly show the outer packaging with the shipping label visible, the product in unopened condition, and the defective, damaged, wrong, or missing item highlighted.

1.5 Without proper video proof, we will not be able to process your request. Parcels that appear tampered with or partially opened before recording are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


2. Refunds

2.1 Refunds are applicable only if you received a damaged product, a wrong product, or if any item from your order is missing.

2.2 Once your claim is verified and approved, refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

2.3 If the refund does not reflect within this period, please contact us at ehlissya@gmail.com.


3. Invalid Reasons for Returns or Refunds

3.1 Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind.

3.2 Returns are not accepted if you dislike the product after receiving it.

3.3 Products purchased during sales, promotions, clearance, or contests are non-returnable.

3.4 Single items from combo/gift sets sold as a set are non-returnable.


4. Cancellations

4.1 Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

4.2 If cancellation is still requested for a prepaid order, a processing fee of ₹100 will apply.

4.3 In case of Return to Origin (RTO) due to refusal of delivery or unavailability of the customer, a ₹200 charge will be applied to cover shipping and handling.
