1. Is Shipping Free?

1.1 Shipping is absolutely free on all orders above ₹499. No extra charges apply.


2. When Will I Receive My Order?

2.1 Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses. Our team works to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
2.2 Due to high demand or promotional offers, please allow an estimated 4–7 days for your order to arrive.


3. Can I Track My Order?

3.1 Yes. You will receive an AWB number within 1–2 days of placing your order.
3.2 You can track your order using the AWB number on our Tracking Page.

4. Why Is My Order Being Shipped in Different Packages?

4.1 If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses depending on availability.
4.2 Popular items or items on backorder might be shipped separately to avoid delays and ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.


5. What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck or Lost in the Mail?

5.1 All orders are sent with insured shipping and handling.
5.2 If an order is delayed, sent back, or lost during delivery, we apologize. The postal service is beyond our control.
5.3 In such cases, because packages are insured, we will send you a replacement package with faster shipping and tracking if possible.
